Game hang up after watching ad movie

Im sick off this bug now!
after valentines stuff was updated to the game IT has becomed strange. Several times after I’ve watched an ad movie, the game hang up and I’ve to restart it to Continue, only without the doubled rewards or energy..

Yup, very annoying when the video ad hangs halfway and just won't resume, so no way but to restart app and forfeit double bonus

Same here, keep trying to play the shuffle cards bonus, ad doesn't load fully them brought back to game with hourglass continuing to spin. After waiting 45 sec. To a min. I end up having to reload without rewards. Also happens with the X2 bonus ads.

That happened to me heaps of times during the double materials week. Really annoying especially as you have to wait for the repeatable mines to reset. I accidentally broke the last block on the fish pond before getting my 10 fish out. Then the video locked up. So I missed out on my 10 fish & my double rewards. Then the fish pond was not due to reset until after the double materials week expired. So frustrating. I've lost out on heaps of bonuses, rewards, experience, food, materials & coins due to videos locking up & not playing. I'm just a newbie player to diggys adventure.

This is happening to me after watching the “Clockmaker” ads. It moves to the blue pixel Federation screen and then won’t continue on to anything. I have to delete and reinstall the app. I can’t even restart.

Same here on iPad. I’ve stopped watching adds. Seems to be the new ads crashing my pad. Since I don’t know which ad I’m going to get I’ve stopped watching any of them.

This is ridicules that every time you watch an add it hangs up and you don’t get your rewards, I have lost so many it’s not worth playing any more, you can’t advance in the game with all these losses.

I have the exact same problem on my iPad and it’s really, really annoying! How can this please be fixed? I am missing out on all the double reward bonuses, can’t play boxes, nothing! Every time I watch an add, it goes back to the blue loading screen, but doesn’t load. So I have to close it and restart, without my rewards.

This consistently happens to me now. It's getting to the point where I have to go to the game on my PC to clear out the double rewards.

We might hear something about it in the next Known bugs and issues…

But then it really is a longtime problem. So annoying!

MadameCurie When I get the x and error message and the ad won't play on PC, I right click on the video panel (with the error message) and click the choice 'reload frame.' The video will play and you will get the reward. Give it a try - this works for me on PC. I have never tried elsewhere.

I never experienced a failure on pc. Only on mobile. That‘s why for some time now I leave all last tiles, then go to pc and collect doubled clearance rewards there.

I did one on mobile for the first time in days today, spinning hourglas and one time reward only, taught me the lesson again 😄

But thanks for the suggestion. So far that never came up on pc for me.
