because the video of getting double at the end of missions does not work ... it has already happened to me many times and on long missions; Repeatable and other always works. It just happened to me again in the suburbs chapter of Valentine.

I'm having the same problem. It's costing me lots of experience points.

The ad not loading properly just cost me my double bonus in Lord Sharquard's Castle in the rerelease of last year's Valentine's Day event, which has a 10x experience clearance bonus, meaning that I just missed out on the most experience points from problematic ads so far ☹️. I should have heeded the warning when the ad for the last tile finder didn't work properly and left me with a spinning hour glass. Last tile finder wasn't recharged, but no problem, the game still allowed me to watch an ad to recharge last tile finder. The game then reported server error and then restarted. I was like, okay everything seems fine since I still get to use my last tile finder. No need to restart the app again or whatever since it just restarted. Turns out nope, the same problematic ad played again when I tried to double the 10x clear bonus as mentioned above, spinning hour glass that leads to nothing. I should have cleared the game cache before that to make sure the problematic ad was removed, although it may appear again…

I try to always restart the game right before the end of a quest or clearing a location or doing anything that makes an ad pop up. I never have a problem getting the extra when I do this and I don't know if I really need to do this every time and I shouldn't really have to do this but if I have to work a little more to make sure I get more then it's ok for now.

Yesterday I went to use gems to open the Valentine equip box out of spite to get back the experience that I should have gotten had the ad for the double bonus worked for the 10x clear bonus. Obviously the equipment I got from the box wasn't really worth the cost of the gems, but it was just too tempting to maybe have a chance to get back the gems I put in.

I've been playing the Scandinavia missions today and not getting thr double experience or coins. I just did the 2 side mission and only got the 4500 experience and no double even after pushing the double button

Bonjour, depuis la semaine dernière les vidéos pour doubler les récompenses ne fonctionnent plus ! Elles se lancent mais quand je la ferme après visionnage l'écran reste noir et je suis obligée de fermer le jeu. Je ne reçois rien.

That is a persisting problem, unfortunately.
Maybe all players should flood pixel support as long as it still isn’t fixed…

Personally I have given up on it. The only safe way is to switch to pc or desktop mode whenever you want to double a reward. To not get crazy, maybe only do so for big rewards and forget the little ones.

Personally I leave the last tiles in mines, and if there are a couple of such mines, switch to desktop mode. Best when lucky card tent and free energy are due also, or a museum achievement, because they work there without problem also. Sometimes I also switch there shortly before finishing a quest, for the same reason.

I don’t know how long I can do that. It‘s insane in a way and disrupts gameplay annoyingly.
