On my phone, that little green snake sitting on the step was almost impossible to see. Move the mirror over and click on the steps to pick up the snake. Then go back outside and give it to Eferti (sp?).
Also, after you return the 5 stone people to life, remember to go back to the guy back on the first (?) screen to get your reward.
