All my energy and equipment is gone. I’m at level 295 and it’s only showing my maximum energy level at 200!

Sounds like you recently got the Professor Switch System and did not set up BOTH the Night camp configuration and the Day camp configuration.

Open the underground camp. Use the Day/Night toggle to switch between camp configurations to find the one that is not set up. Then fill it up with equipment from your inventory.

Why can't I expose any camp equipment?
I don’t know about the store and the backpack either.
Give me a backpack I put it I can't even put it back.
