I have received all my Premium Pass rewards. I am on an iPad, and occasionally the rewards were added right away. But usually I needed to exit the game and reload. To be sure, I would check the item(s) being affected before I clicked the rewards, after I clicked the rewards, and after reloading the game. I always got them.
To answer those naysayers who say it isn't fair and why can't everything be free--it can't. I have spent a few dollars on this game over the years, whenever I calculated that the benefits justified the $15-$16 Cdn that it cost. This Premium event is easily worth three of those, I.e., $45 or more. Why? Because of three main reasons: event-long speed potion; three good pieces of equipment that would usually cost 375 gems each, which is great at my late stage of Atlantis where most shop equipment no longer adds value to either camp. Plus lots of extra goodies such as extra energy, 6 green rings and 350 gems.
I think such an event is a great idea occasionally. Will I buy it if it's offered too frequently? Unlikely. But once in a while, as a special treat, I think it is a great idea. Why does everything have to be geared to the lowest common denominator all the time? I support the Premium event and say thanks!
