EDITED TO SAY: I had the same problem. After claiming a reward, close your game, taking note of your energy. Take a screenshot if you are worried. When you reopen the game, the energy rewards should show up. Mine was at 6k something, then a few seconds later at 9k something, so that satisfies me that reward got added.

I've just tried to close & reload the game in both the iPad & browser, it didn't show up the 2 rewards (total of 31,100 energy) that I claimed.

Hate this feature. The regular bonusses are very very meager to the point of being an affront. The premium pass is ridiculously expensive at nearly €18,00, consideeing what you get for it.
Another issue is the ridiculously low experience bonus per level completed. Its very very low in comparison to other events I've played recently. To the point of being around the level of those awarded for diggy's earliest quests in the Scandinavia timeline.
Havent seen the attention to quirky fun things either, missed those too in the last event. The community pagoda build. All hard work and hardly any little jokes or well developed stories, that spruced up previous events.

Wrong, regular bonuses are about the same with any other new event.
Wrong, the Premium Pass at $14.99 USD is less than the normal packs (depending on what you normally pay for them, for us the packs are $19.99)
Wrong, the experience bonus per level is what you would expect to get like any other mine you do.
I have reported that THREE of the locations seem to be wrong for the clearance reward.

Hello everyone!
iOs users may experience a situation where they claim a reward and do not see it in the game or see different (for example) usables. This is a graphical glitch, we assure you that the server ads the correct rewards. A reload of the game should do the trick.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we're trying to fix this asap.

@Filip.Pixel#356901 I bought the pass this morning on my iPad. I would claim one of the rewards and then reopen the app, and it showed up correctly. So this method works on an IPad.

I am in the middle of Scandinavia. If I would purchase the Premium Row, the first equipment (4th reward, looks like a goose) would be a capacity of 900. I see in posts above me, they get much higher values, up to 2650. This is of course because they are in a higher world.
My question, if I reach a higher world, China in my case, will my bought equipment also go up to the value belonging to that world? If not, it would be stupid to buy equipment with real money while being in a lower world.
