Cashed in 1 million coins and a 1000 brass. Nothing happen. No extra level or increase in energy. Please help and explain. Shawn

i had 68 candy canes, and over a thousands energy added but there must be a bug. nothing increased and i lost all my foods with energy. i tried to refresh and that didn't work, I need help!! i'm on level 153,

If there was an error and for some reason you don't see the energy from the candy canes added, look in your inventory if you have got the candy canes back. It could happen that the eating was not recorded on server.
