Initially, you put two notes on placeholders to the side. Then you will see a legend showing where to put the notes on the music sheet. That is typical or similar to the puzzles that follow.
Watch the video to make sure you understand what you need to do. Look closely for secret rooms. For the third puzzle, break the column in the NW corner that looks like a bulls head to find a secret stairwell and look for another secret room as you go.
