Stuck at Slimy Liar-not able to return to Valhalla

After finishing Slimy Lair, all the tiles collected, I don't get talk to Frigga, so I'm not able to go to Valhalla. Watched several you-tube videos, but nothing. All father quests are done so far, all the earlier gods in Scandinavia also complete finished.

If this is on PC/Web, you cannot open Valhalla from a god map. Go back to the Map Manager page for Scandinavia. Click on the Main button. Valhalla is the tall blue mountain near the top of the Main Scandinavia map.

On Mobile: Swipe back to the Thor quest line. Valhalla is the location with large metal circle around it.
