I am on Hill of torment and I can't open any of the locked doors or gates. The ghosts either ask me to get something for them or they tell me that they don't have what I need. I need keys but I don't know where to get them. Any help greatly appreciated.

I have been to the ghost in the number 1 spot and he only tells me that he doesn't have what I need. I know that he should be giving me a key for the pantry but he doesn't I have been to him several times. Have I hit a bug and should I send a report?
Finally one of the ghosts asks for food, I've been going from cell to cell for a day and a half, got the key to the pantry and am off to find Sisyphus. 😀
