stuck....cannot work out how to open doors...tried lots of different ways but just not happening

How do I get past the Abandoned toy storage level? I've completed it but the next level hasn't opened up yet! It was the same way last year too!! Please help me out. My email is do not ad emails here

Make sure you have returned all 75 puppies to the Rodgers House and completed the entire quest in that location. Make sure you have visited any Challenge locations that are open.
