I'm not sure where you are in the process:

Cottage of Christmas Gifts - On the PC/Web version, you have to scroll past Challenge mines 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 to get to the cottage of gifts. Make sure you break all 24 gift-wrapped package tiles. Then return to Camp and talk to the Rodgers'.
At some point a quest to visit Challenges 6 and 7 comes up. I never saw the quest screen for that. If you see Challenges 6 and 7, go visit them.
Devilla Inc. Factory - Devilla has been keeping Gerdi and Gongo here. Gerdi is rescued. Devilla escapes and takes Gongo with her. Return to Camp to talk to the Rodgers'.
Dog Trail - At the end of this location, be sure to call the police on the phone outside of Devilla's villa. Then return to Camp to talk to the Rodgers'.
Devilla's Villa - Gongo is up on the top level in Devilla's suite. Make sure you talk to the Rodgers' in the room where the police have DeVilla. Then I think you have to return to Camp to talk to the Rodgers'.
