Returning godchildren points

Sometimes when I am finished collecting godchildren points, I want to return points on the points screen that comes up, but it will keep on loading. I have left it for 15 minutes, and when I came back it was still loading. It will not let me return the points, so I have to close the game to get rid of the little screen. Anyone else having this problem?

pixel_player29999537 IMHOO I have and used to see it more often. From tracing back to a few of the accounts, I can only assume what I could see might have indicated their account is not fully functional and the link addresses they have used are causing it. (They need to do account maintenance and syncing) Communications errors have a time limit that ends any chance for success usually at 30 seconds or less. So, there's little hope for hanging on longer than that. YOUR efforts will have no effect on their problem.
