I can’t put the red record on the gramophone as there’s plants in the way, do I come back to this level later to complete it or is this an error? It’s irritating me I can’t clear it straight away.

I also keep getting kicked out of the game when I try to enter each of the first three challenge levels, from what I’ve read this bug was supposed to have been fixed!

Screenshot of record room? Had no issues with this (in mobile app.) The plant is over to the RT of the player in my game.
Though oddly, in my 3rd game, I didn't even have to place the records in order to open the gates to the candy. 🤔

Don't know what's going on with the server errors. If it continues, you need to create a SUPPORT TICKET for these issues:

I don't have that plant on my game. You will need to contact Pixel Support.

On your game screen, choose the Settings wheel in the upper corner. Write down your Player ID and then choose the Support button. Scroll all the way down the page until you see a list of categories. (Do not use the white text box!) Choose a category and then provide your Player ID, and problem details. Your screenshot would really help them.
