As I described above, this is the player forum. We are just players. We are not involved in working on software at all. You need to put in a Support ticket, otherwise Pixel will not know that they need to address the problem that you are having.
Make sure you give them specific details about what story location you are in, where on the screen it happens and what you are doing when it happens. Also, let them know whether you play on PC vs. Mobile.
To contact SUPPORT:
On your game screen, choose the Settings wheel (Mobile, upper left corner; PC, upper right corner). Write down your Player ID, and then choose the Support button. Scroll all the way down to the categories section. Choose a category to continue.
Don't use the white text box in the top half of the page. Your entry will just come back here and Pixel's Support team will never see it.
