I opened one red and the blue why can't I open green?
where is the barrier tile...try every day but nothing

Trying to understand your quesrion.

Are you saying you've opened the Ruby and Amethyst gates & in one pass through that location? If so, then you simply don't have enough red rings to open the green gem gate. Either leave the Reward Hall open by NOT clearing the middle tile & go dig more rings or break the middle tile to let the mine refresh, dig for more rings, & return to the Hall once refreshed.

You don't HAVE to do every gate in the Rewards Hall, just one per "level" will give you access to the breakable center tile.

IF the above is NOT what you mean & the gem gate won't ooen, despite having enough rings, then you need to create a SUPPORT TICKET:

BlameTheParrot In the Reward maps, the first level of chests are on a red background, the next level are on a blue background and the final level is on a green background. I think that's what the OP means by one red, one blue, etc. E.g. stone is a "red" and iron is a "blue".

pixel_player378406685 It is opening the chest that lets you access the next level. On my first red ring event, I'd opened one of the gates but hadn't opened the chest beyond it and was confused about why I couldn't get to the next level until I realized that I'd missed opening the chest. Guess I was too eager to get to the amethyst and missed a step. 😅 So, did you perhaps open the gate but not the chest for the blue level?

Oh, yeah. Your probably right. I don't always see the colors very well so I wasn't thinking from that perspective. Either way, sounds like the OP didn't have enough rings to open the next level, but maybe I'm assuming too much in thinking he/sge already attempted to open the chests...
