Red Ring Ruby Mine - NO RING GIVEN

I just completed the Red Ring Ruby Mine for the very first time. I've never done this event before today.

Not only did I lose the double XP bonus when the ad froze - but I did NOT get the 6th red ring from this zone and it is showing locked now.

I was playing on Facebook on my PC.

Please advise me!

Just did the 2021 red rings event. Out of nine mine, I got only 2 red rings.
I noticed I didn't start at the starting point, but more towards the end. Is it possible the game remembers how I left the 2020 red rings event and goes on from there?

erembee That's right, it started from where you left off the last time this week was around. You had collected rings from the other 7 last time you did it but left some tiles, which you had to do now.
