At the bottom of ghost town square there is a cemetery. There are four ghosts in the mausoluem building on the bottom left.
One wants his teddy bear, one wants his leather jacket, one wants his diary... guess I've forgotten the fourth thing. If you bring all four things you get experience points.
P.s. - put 4 stones on cat skeletons to open the fourth masoleum building, on the bottom right.
