Is Challenge 1 a reference to something?

As I've been working my way through challenge 1, I feel like there is some joke (or maybe many jokes?) going over my head. Why are there seagulls riding a Ferris wheel? Why are there trumpets on all the furniture and ships everywhere? Is it just meant to be weird and silly, or is this based off of some Keanu Reeves movie? Someone please explain! T_T

Pixel often makes movie / literary references so upon seeing the seagulls on the Ferris wheel, my first thought was an homage to The Birds (Hitchcock.)

Both Challenges seem to have movie/book/show references.

Borgo Mountain Pass (Dracula)
the lil robot (Star Wars)
Kevin's House of Postcards (House of Cards)
The bus in Speed (nice!)

I know there's others, but my little brain can't function...

As for anything else in the Challenges, like a snowman in the loo, I chalk it up to a few to many alcoholic beverages or recreational herbs...or both🙃

I appreciated the Bill and Ted reference in Challenge 2, which is why I figured the house covered in cats, toothbrushes on road signs, life preservers on the beds, etc. etc. etc. were all references to SOMETHING. Didn't catch the House of Cards one, for instance.

I thought that the cats on the house could be a reference to the movie Sleepwalkers written by Stephen King.

Maybe the ships sitting on the helipads could be a reference to "The Flying Dutchman"... a flying ship?

thanks you for all the good clue they was helpfull for me! In the 2 challenge i find the way to put the blue suitcase on place. I just put the suitcase blue in front of the right door of the big hous e whit 3 doors at the beginning of the challenge and went all the way throw the left side door enter the house and pass the right door to push the suitcase to the bottom tile . Thanks you all
