I'm stuck in Tortuga bay cave, at the Cave of skulls. The stones are at the right position, but door won't open?

pixel_player80361255 Only stones / gate in the Tortuga Bay location is for the Treasure. There was a total of 3 people to speak with in the lower right corner of the bar who gave the puzzle clues. to get the solution:

Verify your stone placement. Otherwise create a Support Ticket via the settings cog in the upper RT or Left corner of your game window. Once on the page, scroll down for category options to begin the form.
