Your options are to buy the Last Tile Finder > Shop > Extras (either for gems or if at LVL 50+, 50,000 coins)
Or continue looking.
pixel_player532735282 A good way to try to find a last tile if it is only one tile and you don't have the LTF is to look for one which might blend in with the surroundings, either because it has the same type of colouration or because it might be partially hidden by something like cobwebs or fog or the like.
