Before I start, awesome game btw. However, every time I play an advertisement, the game crashes. This effects x2 xp multiplier and the last tile finder. Probably worse for the tile finder as I can’t do this twice. Any work around for this?

gamemaster , the suggestion and link you provided bring us right back to the support forum. It doesn’t provide a solution to fix the game crash when an advertisement is played/started. I’d also like to note that Merge Magic is 100% guaranteed to cause a crash while others are questionable. I have started to close the app when it is Merge Magic because it is faster than waiting for the crash. On average, this crash has cost me 25,000 xp/day since ads were included (lost in the double xp I would have received).
pixel_player758469193 The SUPPORT page clearly states that if you type in the search box, you get routed to the forum. You need to choose a category BELOW that box.

I believe the ads causing the game to crash is linked to changing screen orientation during the ad playing. Try locking screen orientation while watching ads and see if that solves it for a temporary work around! It worked for me! I also submitted a ticket for it to get fixed, but this is a nice temporary solution.
tyo24 you believe it, but it has absolutely nothing to do with it. I can keep my device completely, and again, absolutely immovable, and still crash, not only the app, but the whole damn phone.
