This sounds like a software issue that was occurring a few weeks ago on Mobile. You will need to contact Pixel support. From your game screen, choose the Settings wheel in the upper corner. Make a note of your player ID, then choose the Support button. Scroll down past the white text box. From the lower half of the screen, choose a support category. Then provide the problem details and be sure to include whether you are using mobile, webgl, or Flash.
