How do I access the key in the Professors Headquarters? I’m being told to place chairs in front of computers in Diggy’s ten desert. I’ve already done that to access the key in that quest. Help !!!

put the red on purp and white on green and got error said incorrect number of target tiles and still won't open key

We've seen a few posts about that error. Two apparently solved it by doing a refresh. I think one went over to Flash to solve it.
