You are offering twice as many rewards this week at the end of certain parts of the game and one has to watch a video to get them. I am happy to do this BUT it keeps saying nothing available in my area. This is unfair. And I have lost out on a lot of points and rewards. Playing on Flash.

The ads are run by a 3rd party & therefore Pixel has no control over whether there are ads for you or not. Most likely, the ads are region/country based & seems to be hit or miss with many players.

I don't bother with the computer ads because of this. I use the mobile app to get the 2x rewards. They're mostly app or shopping ads that don't need a specific market & easy to click away from to get the bonus.

Playing on computer. No alternative. African time too. Only ad was for a Pirate game. But still didnt get the rewards

Up until today, I have been getting my double experience points for the price of viewing an ad. But today I got an hourglass for 30 seconds and then just regular completion bonus. Not a big deal for extra 25 points for Plantation, but I missed out on extra 59,000 points for completing Lampion Village. Any idea what's up with double points? Should I contact Support?

AllMenAreIslands No, neither you or anyone else should contact Support concerning any matter of the ads which offer Double Rewards. They are well aware of this issue and for the most part can do nothing about it as it is a third-party issue.

Alex_Clover ok. Fortunately it seems to have gotten fixed, and I got double points on subsequent completed locations.

I find double rewards on the PC to be quite buggy; even if the ad loads, plays, and finishes sometimes you will not get the double reward. I usually switch to the mobile version to complete quests as it works consistently.

I just lost ALL my experience points because of YOUR information telling me of the latest Diggy update. Really not happy about this. I purposely left my last tile to complete the quest on WebGL and boom, lost the lot. Would you please credit me my points.. ID 1426811. Play on Chrome Browser. Atlantis .

I have also starting losing point's when it's the telcom ad, there is no x at the top of the screen to close it down, only way is to close game and when it has reloaded I have lost them. Getting a bit tedious now.

I am losing out of points too. Plus the hourglass just keeps spinning without doing anything. Very frustrating.
