I've got the same problem in both Bunnyville and P.A.W.S. Recording Studio.
I have completed Challenge 3 in the Easter 2019, full clear with exception of one last tile. I have been trying to locate it with Last Tile Finder, but no matter where I go in that challenge, I get the same message. So I am still 1147/1148.

They no longer offer support for the last tile finder - WTH - why have it as an EXPENSIVE gem purchase if you aren't going to support it - think I"m done - if they cant support their game - why play it?????

pixel_player63850157 what are you talking about? Of course Pixel is still "supporting" this feature. They just did an update that hopefully helps the Last Tile Finder work in WebGL. Pixel has been trying for months to get it to work so it's NOT like they're not trying.

i don't know if i'm in the right place ,because i can't find where i used to go . but i'm pis- ed, because i spent gems on that fricken tile finder and all it did was take me back and forth through a door . my email address is emilyzz@ telus.net . please i would appreciate my gems back.ty
What location are you referrencing?
Did you try flipping over to Flash to see it the LTF would work? Did you go elsewhere in the said location to see if the LTF altered it's path?
Otherwise contact SUPPORT via the settings cog of your game. Take note of your player ID# & click the SUPPORT buttion. Once on the page, scroll down for category options to begin the form.
I was referring to the LTF issues, not Pixel actually searching for missing tile FOR you. Too many players send in tickets because they don't want to look for the tiles themselves or buy the extension. Therefore, Pixel needed to write the disclaimer.
DivePhilippines What it's actually saying that PF will no longer respond to error reports saying that a player cannot find a tile and explicitly directs all players to the game feature.
What i want is my gems back that i spent because when i first engaged the tile finder it wouldn't wrk ,so i went to another site and of course now you either pay gems to speed it up or wait so i spent gems ,only for the tile finder to show me to keep going back and forth through the same door.
Only support can help with refunding gems, etc.

I have the same problem with the last tile finder in Diggy’s 7th birthday on my iPhone also. Is there actually another tile or just a glitch?
I’ve also got this same problem on Mount Riddle (7th Birthday). I’ve already previously collected all 187 tiles from this level but today when I loaded in the game it has gone down to 186 and the last tile finder can’t find the last non-existent tile. It appears to be a glitch in the game.
