In one variation of the stone location, it is possible to move the stone and get out. (See image below).
But it is also possible to be completely trapped. If that is the case, you will need to contact Pixel Support. They can move Diggy and/or the stone into a better spot.
To contact Pixel Support: On your game screen, choose the Settings wheel (Mobile, upper left corner; PC, upper right corner). Write down your Player ID and then choose the Support button. Scroll down until you see a list of categories. Choose a category and then provide your Player ID, and problem details.
If you are using an iOS device and you do not see the category options on the SUPPORT page, you'll need to email PIXEL Support at: support@diggysadventure.com . Make sure you include your Player ID.
Pixel Support responds by email. You may need to check your spam folder for their response.
