I am in Liar of Fjalar and Galer. I am at the place where it says get key from axes but it will not give me the key. I have gone in and out numerous times and nothing can someone please help me out.

The two signs are referring to these secret stairwells. They each access a room with a key.
Thanks. I'm also having trouble locating both keys. I've completely cleared both rooms that are hidden beneath the two statues in the four-Lever room, but only received / found one key. I'm starting to think there actually is a bug in the game....

The video shows the locations in the image below. If the crate hiding the blue key was cleared and you have no blue key, you probably need to contact Support.
Thank you red herring. Somehow I missed the crate. So my bad 😔 and no bugs 😊.
I have broken the tiles for axes and shield, got through the tiles with the shields key, however the axes key is not there, it says I am missing the required item. Not sure what else I can do...anyone got any ideas please.

Here is a more complete map for the location. It shows the key next to the soup kettle. You may have to click on the barrel and then click on the key.
