Hi. I already answered you earlier on your other post. Did you do the steps I suggested? Did you avoid hitting the PLAY button when first opening the app? Cuz if you hit PLAY, it WILL begin a new game. You have to use the sign in options BELOW that button.
I've been able to sign on to new devices using the exact method I told you. I don't know why it won't work for you. But I am NOT tech support & if you can't get your game returned with my suggestions, then you need to contact them and give all your game info: new and old player ID#s, that you're level 203, etc.
Once on the page, scroll down & choose a category to begin the help ticket. DO NOT type in the white search bar on that page or you'll end up back here on the player forum.
