First time gripe. I wouldn't mind not getting the double bonus every time. What bugs me is that if there is no advert i have to watch the 'hourglass of death' turning around and around for 60 seconds.

Well... At least you're getting an option to watch the ads to begin with. My Kindle game hasn't had the ads for over a week now. Have you tried hitting the "back" arrow on your device to get out of the "ad? "

Just finished four repeatables and hse to double my rewards on all four. Watch four adds but only got the extra rewards on one . What the heck. Why should they get paid four my time?

pixel_player745735358 This happened to me once - not getting double despite watching ad. I contacted support but they refuse to acknowledge or compensate saying ads are managed by third parties and it's an experimental feature.
You should contact them too, they don't listen till they get too many reports.

I have been having this problem since the first day of the double rewards, I will watch the video and than the game will shutdown and I do not receive the credit. Happens at least once a day.

Create a SUPPORT TiCKET. Settings Cog, upper Left corner of app. Choose a category to fill out the form.

I was instructed to restart the game and lost the original reward and did not receive the double after looking through "magazines", this has happened with large rewards.

It’s been weeks off and on when I watch the video I get kicked off...I’m using an iPad I’ve missed out on tones of experience point, coins and gems...when will you fix this problem?

You will need to contact Pixel Support.

On your game screen, choose the Settings cog (Mobile, upper left corner; PC, upper right corner). Write down your Player ID and then choose the Support button. Scroll down past the white text box and choose a category from the bottom half of the screen.

Provide your Player ID, Mobile vs. Web GL, device, and problem details.

I’m still having problems. I either get the spinning hourglass indefinitely, or I watch the ad, just to have the app shut down and close out. I go back in, and I did not get the double rewards I earned. This has been going on for a few days.

Same problem. Just had four ads which ended with a blank screen and I assume no reward logged. There needs to be better diagnostics on these so that failures are noted and then fixed and also rewards are retrospectively corrected. If this continues then I’ll stop seeking 2x rewards and just play normally. I wonder if the product advertisers know how their image is being tarnished?

Ok. Double or nothing, mostly the latter, rewards. I’m on an iPad mini 2 with up to date IOS. When I watch the advert for twice the rewards the advert often finishes with the app failing and requiring a restart and loss of rewards. I’ve raised a separate ticket for this but one way or another this feature is buggy.

pixel_player93980506 yes I'm still having no luck w opening chests or video ads to double rewards which is very irritating because it helps to level up faster and earn free energy. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM!!!

Known issues with this update. Pixel is working on the game & ad loading problems.

Meanwhile, something that might help is to close the game just before clearing the last tile. Then reopen the game & clear the mine / try the ads again.

Currently exoeriencing adds not clicking fir double rewards. You click the 2x button it doesn't bring up video just gives you 1x reward. 1/23/2022
