Since reinstalling the app didn't work, then you need to submit a SUPPORT🎫TICKET.
Click the settings cog in the upper left corner of the app. Take note of your Player ID# below the red SUPPORT button as you'll need it for the form.
Additionally, thanks for the screenshots. Its easiest to simply copy the image URL and paste it directly into the text window of your post. Don't worry about doing the image attachment button. That's mainly used by Moderators & Pixel. Otherwise the forum pages load too slowly.
