Your pixel_player number is NOT the same as. the Player ID# found in your game. It's basically your Pixel profile name (mine was like that too until I changed it.)
Then any Pixel games you play under your Profile Name has its own Player ID#. Hope that makes sense.
Unfortunately, only SUPPORT can access your game & see what happened. If you mean that you used to have a different Player ID# in your game, you need to make sure to give them BOTH the old & new, so the games can be synced & hopefully your gems returned.
