If you are in the location marked 'A' next to the left of the dynamite, you are truly trapped and should contact support. On Mobile, click the Gear symbol in the upper left hand corner, and then on the Setting screen click the red SUPPORT button to submit a ticket. They will need more details than you gave us here. On a PC, go to https://help.diggysadventure.com/new-ticket. Choose a Support category button from the bottom - either Gameplay or Technical.
If you are NOT on location A, you are most likely near a Lever and you should be able to get back to the detonator. I've marked a few pathways in the screenshot that might help.
