pixel_player19802048 With every Special Event there is a Special Item the player needs to collect a certain amount of in order to complete the Achievement. For Halloween 2018 it is The Hand. And you will need to get some of them in the Challenge Areas, which is also what usually needs to be done with Special Event.

Collect a total of 52 Hands. I believe the Main Story locations contain 41, meaning the remaining 11 need to come from the Challenge locations. You don't need to COMPLETE the Challenges, just dig paths to the Hands if you choose. I got 10 Hands from Challenge 1 alone & the final one from Challenge 2.
