No mobile devices inherently support Flash Player & do require downloading Puffin (only browser I know that has it through their servers.)
I play through the apps on both my Kindle Fire & Samsung S9, no Flash Player needed. With my crap eyesight, I prefer the cleaner graphics of the app.
That said, I DID download Puffin on my phone & therefore could technically play the browser version of the game. It's annoyingly slow but does give me a chance to see what PC users see & how much difference there is btwn the platforms. I couldn't get Puffin on my Kindle since I'd have to root the tablet in order to get it from Google Play & haven't a clue how to do so!
