The golden frog is missing from both my inventory and the lily pad in PAADAMS FOREST, part of HALLOWEEN 2018. I have restarted the device and the game to no avail. Please help me.
Did you collect all other ingredients and talk to the person needing them?
Abhi Thanks for responding. Yes. I did collect the other items. I double checked my misc folder and saw the 4 larvae and 2 snakes. The golden frog is missing from the lily pad.

I am having the same issue have reloaded and returned to grandma but no joy have raised a ticket with pixel. Have all the snakes and larvae in inventory but no frog even though I collected it
The first time you see the golden frog it disappears and you have to go to the south east to find a lever which produces some stepping stones to get to the next pond where the frog can actually be collected. If you did this and the frog is not in your inventory then it's a case for support as I can confirm the frog does show in inventory after this.
Same problem, missing a golden frog, got one but the other one nowhere to be seen, probably didn't liked the lily pad it was sitting on and hopped off.
