Cannot add friends

Hallo can somebody help me with my problem?
I cannot add anybody, who is already playing Diggy. I dont know why? Where is the problem?
I play Diggy on computer and I have friends on facebook whos playing Diggy. But in game my friend list doesnt contain them.

Kallisto Have a look at these reinstall instructions, specifically for accounts missing neighbors and not visible to others. The friends list option is missing in settings (sharing friend list with Pixel)

Thanks for the invite, but I play mostly on Mobile. The Diggy missing neighbors thing just looks like a little too much frustration for me.
