Hi, I'm not new to Diggy but new to posting. I purchased Christmas 2013. I like to get all the trophies and when I was finishing up (so I thought) the repeatable "Valley of Asteroids" I got the trophy only to have the screen post error and restart game. Now I have to get 11 more Asteroids before it expires in 2 days. Anyway to get help from Admin on this? I play on my phone. Oddly I cannot log in here on my phone either lately.

Did you try clearing the game cache? Sometimes that helps take care of errors. Otherwise, you'll need to create a SUPPORT TICKET. You can do that via the big red SUPPORT button under the SETTINGS cog, upper left corner of app. Take note of your player ID# (bottom right of same window)

First problem is I noticed my Energy cap was at like 1200 something. Today it is 560, don't get it. Also I am never able to log into my pixel account on my mobile device, only on my desk top.

ENERGY CAP: did you move any capacity equipment back to your inventory? Did you buy the Professor Switch System & not fully set up your 2nd camp variation? If you bought it, you now can switch from a DAY MODE & NIGHT MODE.

SIGN IN: I guess I don't understand why you can't sign in to Pixel Fed on mobile. I only have mobile devices at this time & can sign in just fine. I even have the Puffin browser on my phone, so if I feel like being annoyed, I can play the browser version of the game...
Please specify what happens when you try to login.

Oh wow I was cleaning and putting some things in inventory. OMG it totally worked when I put them back. Once again you have saved me BlameTHeParrot! TYSVM. 😃

I don't know what to say about the login, it never lets me in on my cell. But I've always had another option so I never made a big deal about it.

Ok. Just a thought. Might work if you put the PF page in "desktop mode" when on your phone. I have to do that with some sites on mine.

In the Gingerbread House, I am at tile 546 of 892 tiles and cannot find anymore, nor the treasure piece. I have cleared everything I can find in both houses and the landscape and am stuck. Any help would be appreciated

Check your Quests tab. Did you finish all the requirements for you're current location? Did you speak the required character to close out the current quest/ open a new one?
