There's 2 rooms on the far left that open up to signs with clues. It's a matter of deductive reasoning to get the correct color combos. For example, one sign says that green is NOT used to open rooms 2-5, so that leaves room 1 and 6. There's a yellow tile up in the corner of room 1, so yellow stone is in the top marker & green is on the bottom. Then you already know that room 6 has a green stone & must go on top because its the opposite of room 1. There's another color tile in room 6 that dictates the bottom stone color.
Violet & white stones are always together & white is always next to (on the same line as red.)
