Cant play the free games!

I have just had to start the game from the start (I was scandanavia!) I keep getting the pop up for James blond game to play but it doesn't appear for me to play!

Couple things going on here.
1. Why start a game from scratch? If you had a previous sign in with either a connected email or Facebook account, then sign in with those EXACT credentials to get your game progress back.
Also, contacting SUPPORT with your new player ID# (+ old, if you have it) can get your old game back if the sign in didn't work.

Your game must be in Level 35+ and have the first Isis quest to be eligible for James Blond.

New Events cannot be played until you've completed the first Quest in Isis.

The free re-released Events have an additional Level 35+ requirement. If you meet both requirements, there'll be a gift icon in Camp which must be claimed within 6 days.
