I cant get the final pipe in place. I moved it out of it's original spot, now there's no way to move it

pixel_player845124637 Pull the pipe down into the hallway below. Go far enough into the room so you can get around the pipe to drag it back up. This will allow you to proceed.
pixel_player845124637 Drag it through to the bottom section then run around it to drag it back up.
