Red Ring - Emerald Bug

In the red ring event, when I go to the red pagoda of rewards, I'm trying to pick the emerald in the 3rd chamber. After I harvest it, it drops 5 emeralds but does not add it to my total emeralds.

If you collected the gems BEFORE breaking the tile, but you still didn't get the gems, then contact SUPPORT as was suggested earlier.

It was before breaking the tile. Now it worked for me, as I tried it again. And it's not on mobile, it's through Windows 10 Facebook. If I notice it again I'll put it in support. Thanks.

Before or after breaking the barrier tile makes no difference.
Have tested it and got the gems.

I don't know how many times it didn't add the emeralds. Just seemed like it was stuck on 441 for awhile so that when I finally paid attention to it, I noticed it didn't add the emeralds. But seems to be working now, just fine for 2nd time. Thanks to whoever sent the emeralds to make up for lose. Also don't know if it was you guys but it seems the lag I was experiencing loading in the game and while playing seems to have gone. Thanks again.
