Go to the Red Ring map. Each location, with the exception of the Red Hall of Rewatds, contains more Red Rings.
In case it's not clear how to open more gates in the Red Hall, you must choose a room on each "level" of the location. So, say when you first enter, you choose the food energy item, the next gate will open. Continue to the next section & chose another door to unlock & the next gated section will open. After unlocking a room in the 3rd gated area, the 4 gated tile in the middle becomes accessible & clears the location once smashed. Now you can open more rooms of you choose to with any excess rings, but once you exit the Hall, it starts the "refresh" timer.
You'll notice several locations remain locked. Red Rings is an Event that periodically rep wears and opens new locations based on your tegion. So if you reach Scandinavia by the time the Event rolls around again, more locations should open for you.
