I have only used 5 or so teleports and got the mysterious item. Guess I've benn lucky. First teleport - ahead of you, then only available on the left, again only available on the left (winter map), next: you have two in egipt map - you choose left), then again the only one available and you got it 🙂 NOT COUNTING THE REALLY FIRST ONE TELEPORT BETWEEN OUR FRIENDS 😛

I have already gotten the artifact, but when I returned to jacque and the wizard they acted as if I did nothing and I never got the request for the artifact, it was open, now how the do I get credit for finishing the quest?

If you have the artifact and the quest still says to get it then Contact SUPPORT
https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en/diggysadventure/support
Look half way down for support option.
On your game screen, choose the Settings cog (Mobile, upper left corner; PC, upper right corner)
If you're on an iOS device, try the SUPPORT link, but if you don't see any categories below the search box, then you'll need to email them.

I cannot pick up the artifact. I have restarted several times. The artifact is sitting there but will not light up so I can retrieve it.

If you are having trouble finding a new quest try the following:

Return to your main camp to see there is a character there that you need to speak to.
Return to the City Of Atlantis to see if there is a character there that you need to speak to.
Return to the last game scene/mine to see if there is a character there you need to speak to &/or if there is a job/task that you need to complete.
Return to the current God you are working on to see if they need to talk to you.
Do you need to make &/or give something to a character like food, materials or other items
