BlameTheParrot Pixel will not be able to do a general fix for the fairy either. Ticket required there too. Although Pixel did not respond all day, I am pretty sure about that

You will need to send a ticket to support and they will fix it for you (probably tomorrow) Include your player ID, mine name and a short description of the problem. J'ai bien compris que je devais envoyer un message au support Pixel et j'ai cliqué sur votre lien mais pas moyen de trouver comment envoyer un message. Je suis bien loggée, mais le site me renvoie à "comment faire une capture d'écran" ou "comment trouver son id player" ce que je sais déjà. J'en ai marre de tourner en rond.

Vous devriez voir plusieurs caregories.
1.Choise TECHNIQUE
2. Puis BUGS & ISSUES
3. Choisissez NON
4. Choisissez votre plate-forme de jeu
5. Sortez votre identifiant de joueur et continuez votre problème.

Il y a un lien SUPPORT à droite de votre fenêtre de jeu (pensez en haut) sur PC. Ou sur mobile, il est dans les paramètres de cog dans le coin supérieur gauche de l'écran.

Not exactly the same problem (sorry) but i cant get the gate to open in Pursala's secret laboratory . I have the stones in the correct place and no more tiles to on that scene to dig... i have submitted a ticket but i know their buwwsy at the minute.. Just wondering if anyone knows of a fix/work around or what i'm doing wrong (lol)

No issues with that location. Might want to verify your stone placement. Especially the purple versus blue...

I also have the same issue with the mummy blocking the way and have been unable to escalate with support. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Did you fill out a ticket? It takes 24-48 (weekday) hours, longer if they're busy. Unfortunately, there's no one on this player forum who can help remove the mummy.

no sorry i wasnt very clear...i'm stuck at the FIRST set of stones where you meet Pursala ,there's a red stone and a blue stone.. i have put them both on the correct colours but the gate didnt open so i can't speak to her... there's no way to access any other parts of the level ( that i've found so far) thanks for your help

If I remember correctly, there's two parts of that gate & thought one was opened by a lever at the top edge of the ocean floor.

Bonjour, j'ai pas tout a fait même souci.. j'ai presque fini la petite sirène mais il me reste deux lieux a nettoyer avec une seule tuile chacun.. J'ai refait de long en large les deux lieux mais pas moyen de trouver ces fameuses tuiles.!!! c'est très stressant. auriez vous une astuce.. mercii..
