Prince's Palace - Error, please restart your game

In the 5th location of little mermaid, I am getting this error after going into the exit after the man introduces all 5 brides.
I'm on android.
Reinstalling did not help.

Anyone else getting this error?

Abhi This should be fixed now. Force close app or reinstall ( though still hearing some that cant after that) will let you know if I hear more

Yeah, I’m getting the same thing, though I’m playing on an iPad Pro version 11.4.
Restart doesn’t work nor does restarting the iPad itself.
In the meantime, I’ve completed the 2 available challenges. Does anyone have more than those yet?

Great to know I'm not alone. Wait for a while till the team adds Little Mermaid in the drop down in Contact us -> Gameplay -> Current Event -> Choose event list.
When they add, contact them and let them know.

My scandivanian diggy just reached there and he got through while chinese diggy is still stuck. On the same device!
So nothing is wrong with my device.

Abhi oddly I've been playing throughout the day on my phone without the error. But suddenly I got it about 4x now. And damn the going through doors has been painfully s-l-o-w today🙄

Roeland A lot of the time this old IT solution works, even though it seems like too much of a cliché. People should try it more often.
