The graffiti that you see everywhere doesn't count as tiles. Cleaning it away gives you XP, though. So make sure to check each location for graffiti to get that bonus XP.

It's all over the place and on different things, not just walls. The amount of XP it gives you for cleaning it off depends on the Region you are in. I'm in China and it gives 2500.
pixel_player92636540 You may be clicking on these graffiti tikes already as they light up with a hand (at least in mobile that's what happens.)
Also, in Challenge 1, roll the sponge over all the star tiles while cleaning the green goop to get more experience points.
