I have the pink diamond from the pink puma event in my items. I've completed the event. Was I supposed to do something with it?

It was a coding error on devs part. It will remain in your inventory until they decide to remove it.
Abhi If they decide to remove it. I have more than a few items from Events and even the Main game that are just there without purpose. It really isn't a bother that they are there, so they probably don't bother to remove them for that reason alone.
