Missing tiles

I am missing two tiles on each of two levels in the Pink Puma story. I went to the support area, and got a message that support doesn't help with that any more and that I should use the game extension . I have no idea what they are talking about. BTW I do not have the game linked to Facebook and would rather not do so.

pixel_player73193853 Last tile Finder is in the Shop/Extras. Think it's available at level 20 for 250 gems & at level 50, you can get it for 50,000 coins. It helps locate the last 10 or less tiles in regular mines (NOT repeatable.)

Hi think the game extension they mean is the 'last tile finder' that you can purchase in the shop with gems.

thank you! I saw the notice about it, way back when, and then a comment somewhere about it only being available on PC. This will help a lot. I've been over and over these two levels.
