Stuck in Lugash Palace

Have been playing Diggy for over a year. I love playing. I am in Lugash Palace in the Purple Puma quest. in the hard section, somehow I managed to get on the wrong side of the stake blockade where Inspector Closet is caught and can not get back to further the quest. HELP and thanks!

I am having a lot of trouble uploading a photo. For some reason the image does not appear, I will keep trying.

pixel_player79620787 You need to upload the screenshot to an image host, then post the url they give you of where the image has been uploaded to a post here.

If you're actually stuck with no way of going out, you'll need to contact the support.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Support is aware of the issue of getting stuck beyond the spot where the Inspector gets trapped by the wooden stakes. There is no program fix as of yet. So if you find yourself stuck in a similar manner to this:
